1. Contact product support
Email support@cullbench.com. Include your macOS version, Mac processor, CullBench version, steps that reproduce the issue, and the visible error message. Original photos are usually unnecessary.
2. Share diagnostics safely
Prefer copied error text or screenshots without private photos. Never send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, Apple Account credentials, or unnecessary identity documents. Share the smallest possible test photo only after we agree it is needed.
3. Purchase, download, and refunds
The Mac App Store manages purchase history, redownloads, payment, and refund requests. CullBench Support handles product behavior; use Apple Report a Problem or Apple Support for billing and refund matters.
