CullBench Terms of Use
The Mac App Store release is governed by Apple's Standard EULA together with these product-specific notices.

1. App Store license
CullBench is made available through the Mac App Store and is licensed, not sold. Unless the product page provides a custom agreement, your use is governed by Apple's Standard EULA, App Store Usage Rules, and applicable law.
2. Product purpose
CullBench is a local photo organization and culling tool. It opens folders you choose, groups similar photos, records Pick and Rating decisions, and exports original files. AI grouping is an aid and is not guaranteed to match every creative judgment or identify every similar frame.
Keep an independent backup and verify results before deleting, overwriting, or delivering photos. CullBench does not automatically delete originals.
3. Updates and compatibility
Current system requirements and format boundaries appear on the website. Updates are delivered through the Mac App Store and may fix errors, improve compatibility, or change features. We reasonably maintain the product but cannot promise permanent compatibility with every camera format, macOS release, or third-party workflow.
4. Liability and statutory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CullBench is provided as is. No limitation excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The warranty, liability, and third-party beneficiary provisions in Apple's Standard EULA also apply.
