Product and license support
Email support@cullbench.com. Helpful details include App version, macOS major version, reproduction steps, and a path-free error category. For licensing, include the Paddle transaction ID.
- Do not send original photos, previews, names, paths, EXIF, or AI embeddings.
- Do not send a full license key, card number, CVV, password, 2FA code, or recovery code.
- Redact personal information from logs or screenshots before attaching them.
Purchase and refund help
Paddle manages receipts, payment methods, tax, and refund execution. The purchase email or Paddle buyer support is usually fastest; CullBench can help confirm license delivery or revocation state.
Purchase recovery
After checkout, the page displays the license directly and sends a seven-day recovery link to the purchase email. Reopen that message first. If the link expired, the mailbox is unavailable, or the order cannot be found, contact support with the transaction ID. We do not email permanent license keys.
Security reports
For a potential user-data, license-signing, or release-integrity issue, add “Security” to the subject and email support@cullbench.com. Do not publish exploit details before we can investigate.
