CullBench Refund Policy
CullBench offers a 14-day refund-request window in addition to Paddle's global consumer rules.
Effective: July 12, 2026
1. Fourteen-day request window
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after the transaction completes. Unless fraud, abuse, repeated refund behavior, or another lawful restriction applies, we will ask Paddle to return the payment to the original method. Longer or non-waivable rights under local law always prevail.
You never need to upload photos or disclose shoot content. A short explanation helps us improve, but does not reduce statutory rights.
2. How to request a refund
Use Paddle buyer support with the transaction details from your receipt. CullBench support may also help locate the order. Provide only the Paddle transaction ID, purchase email, and a short issue summary. Never send a full card number, CVV, PayPal password, or license key.
3. Processing and payment method
Paddle, as Merchant of Record, reviews and executes refunds. Approved funds normally return to the original payment method; exact timing depends on the method, bank, and region. Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply.
4. License after refund
A refund, chargeback, or reversal marks the license and short-lived claim credential inactive. New claims, activations, restores, and updates are blocked, and you must stop using the refunded software.
A refund does not delete or move local photos, analysis, ratings, Picks, or exports. A fully offline device may not receive revocation immediately, but that does not extend authorization after refund.
5. Questions and appeals
If an order cannot be found, delivery failed, or you believe a decision is wrong, contact support. We will reconcile redacted transaction state with Paddle and never ask for sensitive card data from a payment receipt.
